Former sales rep shared this review: "LKQ/keystone. Two different companies but under the same umbrella. With that being said there’s two managers that i worked for, they do and say everything right to keep you moving and working. I was furloughed with a few other employees, some got let go and got a severance package. I got an ultimatum a take it or leave it type of situation and unfortunately my circumstances i couldn’t go back to work. Now i don’t have a job, years of my life thrown away do to a greedy company taking advantage of the state they are located. My LKQ manager treat me right and did try to keep me, i never heard from my keystone manager staying on role of not caring about anything or anybody. Let me be clear LKQ is a horrible company to work for, they will find loop holes in order to get rid of you and get away with it, in this pandemic they have shown their true colors almost twelve years given to this company down the drain."
Former Employee - Inside Sales Manager says"Every location has different protocols. Micromanagement, Everyday functions operate different each day. Majority of employees this is just a job to them. Moral very low."
Former Employee - Business Support says"Even before I lost my job due to the pandemic I was looking for other jobs. I was passed over in many other roles I had applied for and was getting tired of it. I left a job where the people begged me to stay for this. In hindsight I would've stayed at the job I was at before. My raises were pretty poor as well."
Former Employee - Sales says"During a pandemic they let go of more than 50% of their employees, not hazard pay, over worked the employees to the point of exhaustion. Some of the employees that were let go had worked for the company for YEARS, kept the lowest paid and worked them like dogs. Think about how a company treats their employees during times of need. Tells you a lot about them"
Former Employee - Assistant Manager says"The company is not loyal to good employees. They want you to operate at 40-50% staffing with beliefs you produce the same amount of sales. It's a Boys & mean girls club nice people finish last and don't forget harassing bulling corp.controllers"
Former Employee - AR Analyst says"Managers are horrible, they try to micro manage, you will never advance unless you are a special "pet" of the manager. If manager doesn't like you they will make your life miserable. They will treat you horribly and no will stand up for you. So there is no easy to make things better."
Former Employee - Customer Service Representative says"Complacent co workers and no advancement"
Former Employee - Marketing Manager says"Below average compensation and benefits. Poor leadership. Complete lack of ethics and regard for employees and customers. Intentionally misleads customers. No minorities in positions of senior leadership. Discrimination and harassment are tolerated. No support for women, minorities, or people of color. If you are not white your advancement options are limited. Used intimidation tactics to keep you quiet about their lack of ethics."

Current Employee - OTR Driver says"No growth. Mans world! If you don't do what they ask then they start picking at you. Bullies!! No appreciation to employees. Just tell you about numbers nonstop. Needs more staffing. Mngr never call customers back!!!!"
Current Employee - Sales says"Whatever you are hired for you better be OK with staying in that position, there is literally no way to move forward. Yes I did good, yes I hit my goals, but what good is that if all they do is move the goalposts and give you no chance to get ahead. The managers are entrenched in a good old boy network, you can do the math on that. The culture here is driven by a few key employees, and it is non inclusive to say the very least. Good people cannot last under these conditions."
Engine reconditioning tech (Former Employee) says"Too many rules. Makes you feel like you are in prison. The manager is a tyrant. There is no ventilation or heating. You are biased around constantly like livestock NoneEvery thing"

They have closed the Wilmington MA location and are straggling in North Charleston SC with there glass division. This company has poor pay and does not take care of there employees. If you are looking to take a position with this company dont expect to be treated fair or payed well. I highly recommend looking ells where for a job. All (Former Employee) says"Most of the coworkers are helpful. There could be 1 or 2 who might not want you to progress. Very underpaid. Work environment is too strict. Call centre work environment and culture. Employees are considered slaves where bosses and supervisors do not care for their employees. You are not allowed to take days off be it sick days or personal. They do not accept sick note or any other excuses. If you happen to take a day off, they have plans to fire you. Very inhuman."
Warehouse Worker/Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"Worst job I’ve ever had. Back breaking work, horrible pay. Employees don’t care, managers don’t care. Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"Do not work for this company. Managers will lie to your face, tell you empty promises. I left after 28 yrs because they kept chopping my pay and I was one of a few left that worked on 100% commission. They hire nothing but order takers now and do not pay. Do not waste your time with this company or high turnover rsturnover rste"
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) says"At the Fridley office it is a very chaotic and negative working environment... which is due mainly to the managers who hide in their offices all day.. there is no leadership... there is no team atmosphere...The only people treated well in the building are the sales force... all the rest are treated like they're replaceable slaves"
Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) says"Management doesn’t help you when you have a problem with other employees. They get on you for not working when all they do is sleep in their offices and be on their phones all day. Horrible work environment."
Driver (Former Employee) says"The paperwork from the sales people is wrong everyday and the drivers are just supposed to deal with it. Was told that the guy training me would be with me as long as I needed and that was a lie after 3 days they put me on my own. These people will lie to get what they want and the pay does not match the problems you have to deal with on a daily basis."
Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"It was to good to be true. They told me that they would work with me in growing my business. Manager hired me away from a job that I loved with lies. It is a revolving door with PBE Sales. Don't believe the hipe that the manger tells you."

Sales Associate and Customer Service (Former Employee) says"Upper mgnt doesn’t work, they just believe in some fairy tail of a past like they once had. welcome to corporate cool aid drinking. If upper mgnt had a clue it maybe the most successful junk sale on earth"
Adam Craig says"This company committed an obvious Bait-and Switch Scam on my daughter today. She had a complete 2003 Chevy Impala. Other than not running, it was all there ready to part out. She was told they would pay a flat $250 for the car. After paying for a Tow truck to take the car there, they then said they could only pay $105. Knowing full well she was stuck with little other choice but to pay the Tow truck again to take the car back. This is an obvious Bait-and-Switch SCAM."
